In the morning we serve you a generous breakfast with baquettes, croissants, eggs, french yoghurt “ fromage blanc”, cereals, cheese, several delicious jams, orange juice, coffee, tea and fresh fruit.
Dinner:
Delicious food of high quality served in an attractive ambiance, that’s what we like to offer you inSolneige.
Surprise
yourself with our delicious 4 course dinner, carefully selected with fresh produce
of the season, herbs from our own garden, home made chutney and the cheeses from
our region.
We like to offer you menus who are inspired on the daily market.
Vegetables, fruit, fish and meat of the best quality, the mix of salty and sweet, the influances of Asian and Indian flavours as also the more traditional dishes of the mountains.
With this we hope you will discover new flavours during an unhurried dinner in a pleasantly ambiance.
Of course you can accompany these dishes with excellent wines*, which are found on our wine card , we gladly advise you!
After dinner you can enjoy coffee or tea and home made liqueurs made with fruits of our garden or the local Genepi.
Are you a vegetarian or do you have a special diet, please let us know and we will gladly adjust the menu for you.
